Scott Hodges is a passionate co-owner of Burbage Meats, a cherished third-generation butcher shop in Charleston, SC. A graduate of the College of Charleston, Scott began his career at Live 5 News (WCSC) before exploring diverse paths as a realtor and auctioneer. In 2013, he began working alongside his father-in-law at Burbage Meats, where he embraced his family legacy.

In 2021, Scott helped facilitate the move of Burbage Meats from Ravenel to its new location in West Ashley off Wappoo Road, marking an exciting chapter for the business. Originally established in 1953 by W.A. Burbage Jr. and his wife, the shop has transformed from a wholesale slaughterhouse into a beloved community butcher.

Along with sister-in-law Melissa Burbage and wife Felecia Burbage-Hodges, Scott is committed to reinventing Burbage Meats to better serve the Charleston community. Together, they aim to honor the past while creating a fresh, modern experience that locals will love.
