David Burt serves as LS3P’s National Hospitality Market Leader, where he guides the firm’s strategic vision and design excellence across a diverse national portfolio. Since joining LS3P in 1998, David has leveraged over two decades of experience to deliver complex mixed-use, residential, and hospitality projects for both public and private sector clients. A graduate of Mississippi State University’s College of Architecture, he is known for a collaborative leadership style that honors local architectural heritage while driving modern innovation.
For six decades, LS3P has been at the forefront of architecture, interiors, and planning, transforming the Southeast’s landscape through visionary design. Since its founding in 1963, the firm has grown into a multi-disciplinary powerhouse with deep roots in the communities it serves.
